Load-lock mechanism - new accessory for LiteScope™

Check the new accessory we have developed to improve measurement workflow and user experience with our LiteScope.

The load-lock mechanism enables loading samples and probes into LiteScope. A standard SEM Air-lock/Load-lock sample transfer system is used.


LiteScope load-lock mechanism consists of two adaptation arms that are directly connected to SEM Air-lock/Load-lock transfer arm.
